Tenants of the Science and Enterprise Park fall into two categories: the University's internationally respected research institutes and companies engaged in strategic partnerships with the University.

Close to the Science and Enterprise Park, located in the centre of the University campus, a further 20 companies are based in the Innovation Centre.
